Fraud app

I ordered a long coat from this site according to the size chart but the size is too large for me. I have requested for an exchange. The order is picked up but no sign of delivery of correct product. No customer care and no one to reply on mail also. Complete fraud both shally and co founder. Shame on you.

Pathetic disappointing shameful cheat and fraudsters

I ordered a jacket from the app, mistakingly entered the wrong size before ordering, immediately tried to get back to the customer care to get it corrected, but the number provided on the app is out of service, you do not reply to mails and that wrong size was shipped and delivered. Such pathetic service from such brand is shameful, if you have even an ounce of ethics, contact back and get the order replaced
