1. Delivery Options
90-Minute Express Delivery
Express delivery is available across Delhi and Gurugram, subject to product availability and serviceability of your location.
Your order will be delivered within 90 minutes of placing the order.
Express delivery charge: ₹49
Express delivery is subject to delivery-area coverage, stock availability, and operational conditions.
Orders placed outside the serviceable Delhi and Gurugram areas will not be eligible for 90-minute delivery.
Same-Day Delivery
Your order will be delivered on the same day you place it, if this option is available in your area.
Delivery charges:
Orders ₹999 and above: Free delivery
Orders ₹500–₹998: ₹49 delivery charge
Orders below ₹500: ₹99 delivery charge
Same-day delivery is subject to location, order time, product availability, and operational capacity.
Next-Day Delivery
Your order will be delivered by the next business day, usually the next working day, if this option is available for your location.
Delivery charges:
Orders ₹999 and above:* Free delivery
Orders ₹500–₹998:* ₹49 delivery charge
Orders below ₹500:* ₹99 delivery charge
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery charges:
Orders ₹999 and above: Free delivery
Orders ₹500–₹998: ₹49 delivery charge
Orders below ₹500: ₹99 delivery charge
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders.
₹70 COD charge will be applicable to COD orders.
Once a COD order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please place a COD order only when you are sure about your purchase.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Delays
We make every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
Courier or logistical issues
Weather conditions
High order volumes
Remote or difficult-to-service locations
Product availability
Unforeseen operational circumstances
If your order is delayed, our customer-care team will assist you with the latest available status and expected delivery timeline.
4. Order Cancellation
COD Orders
Once a COD order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
We carefully curate and prepare every order, so please make sure you are certain before placing your COD order.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, cancellation is allowed only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your prepaid order:
Contact our customer-care team within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests made after dispatch may not be accepted.
