Customer service is completely slammed. I ordered a few items and paid the amount online, which were supposed to be delivered in 4 days. After 4 days I check the website is not working, I try to reach out to the phone number by calling, texting on whatspp and on instagram as well. Did not receive any response instantly anywhere. I thought I lost my money and got scammed. After couple of days I got the message that it is getting shipped. Felt somewhat relieved. The suspense did not end there, when I received my package, I opened and checked that there was an item missing. Until I talk to them I had no information that one item was out of stock and will be getting a refund. Seriously need to improve customer service. Website interface is excellent, however need to update out of stock items on live basis. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the product I ordered, the quality of cloth is so good, just like how it is shown in the picture. Im not sure if I want to go on this roller coaster by ordering something one more time.
