What Is Our Return Policy?

We have 15-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

  • It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product 
  • (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
  • It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present .
  • Packaged items, swimwear bottoms are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
  • We have reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.
  • Only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer.
  • Only non-discounted products are eligible for return/exchange.
  • You can make the request within 15 days of the order being placed. Post 15 days period, in the next 15 days, it is a request of approval with a valid reason. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. In case we receive any used/soiled/torn/unclean/wrong product in return, refund would become subject to decline. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within 7-10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?

We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at and we will take care of the rest.

How Do I Return An Item?
  • Call Customer Care @ ( and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place. Identify with your Order Number
  • A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners depending upon your pin-code and only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
  • Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
  • Athena Lifestyle does not have refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop.
  • Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.


My Area Is Not Serviceable For Return, How Do I Return My Order?

We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:

We will request you to self- ship this item. Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:

  • Product
  • Brand Labels and Tags
  • Price Tags/Shoe box
  • Please mention Order ID on your shipment.

Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.


What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?

Athena Lifestyle has an authority to reveres the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
