Exchange Policy
At Athena Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are happy to offer an exchange based on the following terms:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, as well as to ensure that odor’s are transferred to the product (Example: natural body odors, body deodorant, perfume, etc.) and in its original condition (including all tags, brand labels, and packaging).
- Swimwear, Bikini sets, are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, exchanges will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at care@athenalifestyle.com with your Order Number and a description of the issue. Please attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Once we review your request, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Conditions
- One Exchange Per Order: You are allowed only one exchange per order. If you wish to exchange an item again after the first exchange, additional charges may apply.
- Shipping Charges for Exchanges: For exchanges due to reasons other than product defects, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to send the item back. We offer a reverse pick-up service where available (limited to your zip code).
- Only three pick-up attempts will be made for your return parcel.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items returned for exchange must be in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the product has been used, is soiled, damaged, or missing parts.
Exchanging for a Different Size/Color
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, the item must meet the exchange criteria (unused, unwashed, and in original condition). If the new size/color is available, we will process the exchange.
Exchange Timeline
Once your exchange request is approved and the item is received, we will process the exchange within 2-4 business days. For exchanges involving product replacements, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.
Refunds that are late or missing (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at care@athenalifestyle.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
What If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product?
We do perform "Quality Check" on all of our shipping and packaging processes, but if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product, or an incomplete order, simply contact us with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order at care@athenalifestyle.com and we will take care of the rest.
How Do I Return an Item?
Call Customer Service at (care@athenalifestyle.com) and let us know about the exchange. Identify yourself using your Order Number.
Our courier partners will arrange a reverse pick-up based on your pin code, and only three pick-up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
Once received, the exchange product is subjected to a quality inspection.
Athena Lifestyle does not offer refunds. We would, however, gladly exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same as the purchase price of the product. You can use this coupon to shop on our website.
Please allow 2-4 days for exchanges to be processed.
My Area Is Not Serviceable For Return, How Do I Return My Order?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:

Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Refund.
What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?
Athena Lifestyle has an authority to reveres the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
