worst coat..

worst product I have ever purchased..so disappointed....

Did not receive the belt and no response from customer service.

Unfortunately, I have not received the belt with this product making it useless for me. I'm also unable to make a return request as it shows that all items on my order number have already been returned. I have tried every avenue to get through to customer service but no success, so I'm stuck with a coat without the belt.
